Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery by emailing our returns centre - firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order number and reason for return should be included in your email. We will send you a return label which will require you to return the item at your own expense. It can take up to 30 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our offices, it takes 3-4 business days for the refund to be processed and 5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Hyggehaus will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost.
What if my product is damaged?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if something isn't right, please email us straight away - email@example.com so that we can get a replacement to you as soon as possible. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number and photographs of the defective element (if applicable). Please keep all product and packaging until your claim is resolved. If your replacement order is out of stock, we will notify you straight away once we are back in stock.
