Quick & Easy Chili Recipe


The temperatures are falling and it is finally time to make all of our favorite soup and chili recipes! Whether you are cooking for a family meal at home or cooking for a big gathering for extended family and friends, this chili recipe will be perfect. It is so tasty and is always requested for a weekly dinner in our household in the Fall and Winter months. This is a family recipe that my parents taught me how to cook while I was a teenager and I am so excited to share it with you!

 

Quick & Easy Chili

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb. ground beef

4 cans of chili beans

2 small cans of tomato sauce

1 small can of diced tomatoes

1 large can of tomato juice

Chili powder

Directions:

  1. Brown your ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Pour your tomato juice, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chili beans into a large pot. 
  3. Stir in cooked ground beef. 
  4. Add chili powder to your liking. 
  5. Serve with cheese, crackers, bread, or whatever your family prefers!
